Swedish Massage is the standard method that all students of
massage learn when receiving their education. It is soothing, can be
offered in a light application or deep tissue style, and allows the
practitioner a range of therapeutic approaches, from concentrating on
specific problem areas to full-body work.
Lomi Lomi is a Hawaiian technique that provides pain relief,
balance and a sense of calm and energy at once. It is particularly
helpful for lymphatic drainage and can be used to assist with the
release of headache pain. The fluid method of the work enables the
receiver to experience deeper massage comfortably, and allows the body
to release tension and toxins gracefully.
Reflexology is a method of working with points in the feet that
are cleverly designed to help release tension in other parts of the body
including the organs and spine.
Cranio Sacral
work is designed to balance the body and release energetic and physical
blocks from the top of the head to the base of the spine. The
treatment is performed with a very light application, and is suitable
for a wide variety of people of different ages and sensitivities.
