Reiki techniques can be used to quiet and empower the self or others, honoring the intuitive and practical nature of health. A natural, peaceful practice, this ancient method connects the receiver to a source of energy which is all around us all the time, in order to increase the receiver’s ability to heal themselves. Second Degree Reiki

Second Degree training involves deepening the practice of this gentle, effective hand-on healing art. After a First Degree practitioner has spent some time with Reiki, given treatments to themselves and others, and experienced Reiki in their lives, a desire to go further with the practice sometimes develops. Second degree offers tools for those who are drawn to this expanded experience.

In the class, techniques are taught which continue to empower the self and others, provide tools to send Reiki at a distance, as well as a method of assessing energy during the process of a treatment and other practical applications. Above all, Second Degree continues to honor the intuitive and practical nature of health. (Students with previous Second Degree training may audit the course with instructor approval for a cost of $150.)
